Infraserv Logistics’s integrated quality management system combines the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 50001, the GMP guidelines, SQAS (Transport Service), SQAS (Warehouse / high-bay warehouse), the German Regulation on Specialized Waste Management Companies (EfbV) and the AEO-F. This ensures all logistics processes are monitored and executed in accordance with legal and customer requirements.

Standard operating procedures (SOPs)

We translate customer SOPs into in-house SOPs or integrate them as binding documents. We conduct inspections, audits and self-assessments to verify the existence of, and strict adherence to, work instructions and SOPs in all relevant customer and business processes. Internal audits, self-assessments, regular management reviews and Six Sigma projects track and control the continuous improvement process.

Training

We keep our employees and contractors' employees up-to-date on relevant regulations with regular training and briefings. We also give tests to determine how well employees understand the material.
