Reserve space today in the new hazardous substance warehouse at Industriepark Höchst!

The new hazardous substance warehouse is being built at Industriepark Höchst on an area of around 16,500 square meters (about two soccer fields). Holding approx. 21,500 pallet positions, the new site has enough room to store products and raw materials for its chemical, pharmaceutical and healthcare customers.

The new hazardous substance warehouse helps to drive the modernization and increased competitiveness of the site with its highly efficient processes, extensive digitalization and value-added logistics services.

Infraserv Höchst invested around EUR 35 million in the new hazardous substance warehouse, which is operated by Infraserv Logistics.

• Floor space: approx. 16,500 square meters
• Length 240 m, width 75 m, outside height 15 m (all values approximate)

• 9 separate warehouse sections
• Storage of LGK storage classes 2-6, 8-13 for WGK water hazard classes 1-3 according to TRGS 510
• Fire compartments:
  • 5 fire compartments for chemicals
  • 3 fire compartments for pharmaceuticals 15-25 °C
  • 1 fire compartment for chemicals and pharmaceuticals 2-8 °C
